• Delivered a 60% platform performance boost with market and competitor analysis, and agile project documentation for 3 product requirements of Port Community System.
• Conducted market research in evaluating new opportunities in leveraging blockchain technology in Supply chain logistics.
• Conceptualized and built UX mock-up workflows, and prototypes using Figma.
• Assisted the engineering team in making quantitative decisions by analyzing data captured in PowerBI to identify improvement areas.
