• Streamlined the internal audit approval workflow, reducing the approval cycle time from 336 hours to 12 hours through targeted feature development
• Delivered an end-to-end GRC platform, generating $1.1 Million in revenue and facilitating comprehensive client training to drive adoption and maximize platform value
• Accelerated UAT (User Acceptance Testing) completion in 2 weeks, 50% faster than 4 weeks reducing the resolution time and expediting product readiness
